AMD graphics card not detected

Hey!

I recently had to reboot my HP envy 14 laptop. It was working fine with touch before the re formatting and now I CAN NOT get it to open because it won’t recognize the AMD graphics card. I’ve written to HP and AMD, I’ve installed 4 different versions of drivers and none of them are working. I’m starting to wonder if Touch is the issue and not the driver. Any ideas, suggestions or recommendations, I’ve hit the end of the road with HP and AMD and since I just did a full upgrade and beefed up the HD on this guy I’m not really keen to just replace the computer.

Microsoft Windows 10 x64
Driver Version 10.0.17134.1
CPU Type Intel(R) Core™ i5-2410M CPU @2.30GHz

Internal Processor: Intel HD Graphics 3000

secondary Processor: AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series

Device manager says driver version: 15.301.1901.0
Radeon Sotwear Version 16.2.1

I added all the toe.exe programs to the list in the Radeon settings Gaming list but alas, it still won’t open. . .

I’m really stuck so any help is very much appreciated.

If you download the OpenGL Extension Viewer tool from the web, does that show the AMD cards correctly?
