I found that 099 offline activation is unavailable, even for commercial keys. Is it a temporary issue?

If you need a offline key created please contact licensing@derivative.ca with your username, system code, and machine name.
099 offline keys can now be created from your account.
Login to www.derivative.ca and go to the “KEYS” tab in your profile. You will see “Create Key” on licenses you have that are available, or Non-Commercial licenses. Just a reminder, if your purchased license is in use you can disable it from the Key Manager inside TouchDesigner. Non-Commercial keys are 1-time-use and can not be disabled.
