Object CHOP, how do I use it?

HI all,

I have read the documentation and tried few different things but I am not sure what type of values I need to input to an Object CHOP.

I have tried to input 3x constants CHOP to the top input, mimicking x,y,z, and 3 to the lower input, but it gets angry at me.

can anybody please post a simple example that uses an Object CHOP, or provide any tips to point me in the right direction?

try renaming your channels to tx , ty , tz. with the default chan[1-3], i was having trouble, too. you can also input SOP to CHOPs, or use the target and reference parameters, which take Object COMPs, like a Geo.

Thank you for your help! I appreciate that.
I have just tried it quickly, works great and will try to explore a bit more during the week.

Added a piece about the object CHOP to the techniques section of the forum and thought you might be interested:
