Hello again!
The title says what i’d like to know. According to the wiki, you can create a new user palette by right clicking “somewhere in the dialogue”. Which one? If i click in an empty area of the user palette i am not offered something appropriate ;-(
Alternatively a hint how i can change the location of the old userpalette (unconstrained to the windows user path) is welcome as well.
