Moviefilein last frame not really the last one

Hi. I’m trying to cue a moviefile to its last frame by using true_index from an info chop attached to a moviefilein top.

The video is a sample I have wich has a number of the current frame in a colored background.

The windows movie player shows me the last frame number in the video- 300 - when it plays it to the end.

In Touchdesigner to test true_index, after having cued the movie to 300 cuepoint(index format), last_frame is in fact 1. The frame in the video should show the number 300 but it shows 298, or even once I got 299 not knowing why.

To debug this I’ve simplyfied the project to two ops info_chop and moviefilein_top. When I change the cuepoint by inserting manually a certain number, let’s say 250, and then 300, the frame in the video show 298. When I use the mouse and scrubb it until it reaches the 300 the video show the correct number - 300.

I’ve put the infochop and moviefileintop into a tox in attachment.

Does anyone know this issue?
