The export movie feature seems to be missing in 099 windows but it’s there in the mac versions.
Has Anyone else come across this ?

I think you might be comparing different build numbers between Windows and macOS as they are the same. But anyways, Export Movie… is still under the File menu but it has been removed from node’s RMB menu.
Keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+m in Windows
Speaking of shortcuts, some important changes were made a few months back in 099 beta, if anyone missed that it would be good to review them here:
