FIXED: Win 2017.10500 update notification not working

  1. in 10500 the update notification in top menu is not lighting up, although 10700 is available.
  2. if you roll-over the popup says 10700 is available
  3. if you click the button, you are transferred to derivative.ca/099/Downloads/
    (this last issue happens also in 2017.10700)
