Linux's driver is the same for Geforce and Quadro though. That note says to me support was just added to the driver, not necessarily enabled for Geforces. Even if it is for both, as far as I know it would be a Linux only thing anyway.

Aside from getting Touch to synchronize with the refresh rate of the screen and flicker glasses,
isn't the real conflict is that this is a "buffering" issue?

This is some info a pal passed on me to by a friend.
I am far from an expert in this area.
Perhaps someone else would be willing to confirm or deny this claim.

I am also using the nvision glasses on my Geforce.

As far as I know it's a feature that Nvidia uses to differentiate Quadros from Geforces. I asked them directly a few months ago and the answer was: OpenGL 3D is only supported on Quadros.
