LED Billboard

Hey guys,

I want to create a screen that emulates the look of a LED billboard. Basically all that needs to happen is for every pixel of my image to be slightly spaced apart with black in between. It would be nice if each of the pixels were little round circles.

Final res will be 144x144

Can't quite visualize how I might go about achieving this. Ideas?

The Pointillize effect ended up being pretty much exactly what I was looking for after a little editing.
