Snowflake Inspired Generative Graphics

Uses L-Systems to generate snowflake inspired images. Built in a light synth style and each parameter can be audio reactive or controlled directly (via slider).

Built in 077 but I guess I need to upgrade because this quickly uses up all system memory when I scale up the L-System generations.

lovely! will you post the .toe as well?

keen to dig back into l-systems

rod.

I am terrible about building UIs, but here is a non-audio reactive version with the on-screen UI.

I use it with a controller that has 9 sliders and 9 knobs, every slider also has a knob that controls the amount of audio reactivity for the parameter (whereas the sliders just give direct control).

I’ve done a fairly major overhaul on this, and I’ve got a pretty comprehensive reactive performance system now working. Audio + LFOs, pluggable lsystems. Take a look and please share any interesting LSystems you come up with.

Performance interface:

Hi i’m really intrested in this technics but your .toe files is empty. I use the latest TD version. Maybe thats the problem?

Oh, I moved flakeD to it’s own repository. The new URL is: https://github.com/tgreiser/flakeD should work fine in the latest version.

Work fine! Thank you!
