RFE TouchDesigner Remote: accelerometers

Postby rhaines » Sun May 22, 2011 2:23 pm

It'd be really handy to access the xyzaccel data from the iPad when using the TouchDesigner Remote app.

And while I'm asking for a pony, can I also have the iPad's camera image, too?

Some good additions for future versions for sure! For name, you can use a number of the OSC compatible iPad apps to grab this data and I think the iPad's multitasking would send the data back while you are still using TouchDesigner Remote.

Try TouchOSC, OSCemote, Mrmr, etc

What kind of device are you interested in in particular?

i would be very interested in Android support as well, ideally a generic solution working on all devices. Maybe via support for nvidias VGX technology (but extended so that not the whole desktop is streamed via VGX, but just a subnet (as with the current remote))?
