Hey I think I’ve stumbled across a new bug in 099.
I drop down a container, any will do it seems.
Then drop down a panel CHOP inside of that.
I open viewer for container, and I try l/m/r clicking alone, and it behaves as expected.
If I hold down the alt key, when I right click, the channel named “mselect” returns 1 instead of “rselect”

This bug surfaces in the same way, when a mouse in CHOP is placed down as well, so it does not seem to be tied to containers or panel CHOPS

I think this is a feature update as of Build 2017.2620 - Feb 17, 2017.

“If you don’t have a middle mouse button, you can press alt+RMB. This was a preference before, but now it is the default.”
You can turn it off in the preferences.

Can confirm that this is due to the preference change, which aims to make it easier for laptop users.

Ah!
Lovely feature, I didn’t know this was a toggle somewhere.
Thanks for the clarification!
