It seems that the table COMPs background will only go so narrow. (I haven’t checked the height). It’s a bit tricky to really notice unless it’s being displayed in a Window COMP with the Always On Top parameter checked.
If just using it in a another container or on it’s own there isn’t a problem but when using for a narrow droplist (such as 80 wide) then then a black area will be over the gadgets to the right of the list.

It seems this is related to the minimum window dimensions.
Doesn’t matter what size I make the window(always on top, no borders), the minimum size shown is always ~139x35 . If dimensions of the content shown in the window is smaller, the rest of the window is filled with black pixels.
I use the window comp to make small pop-up buttons in my interface, that’s why i noticed.
