Graphics Card and Rendering Issue

Hello,

I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 17r Special Edition with a AMD 7730M.

I can open touch designer fine... but whenever I hit tab or mouseclick to bring up the OP Creation Dialog, it at first appears correct, but then as soon as I move my mouse, it jitters and disapears, or appears black.

The black square at the bottom is the OP Dialog.

I am sure this is an OpenGL issue.
