It appears that TouchDesigner creates a .cmd file extension association that causes TouchDesigner to be launched unexpectedly.
I was running a utility program related to 'Acronis TrueImage 2012' (specifically the TI2012 Cleanup utility) and every time I executed it I observed TouchDesigner launching.
I checked the registry and found that TouchDesigner had registered itself as an application for .cmd files
I had to say that seems like a very disruptive thing to do. I had to uninstall TouchDesigner and I'm still trying to get my registry back to a working state to support .cmd files normally.
I thought I should make you aware of this issue.
