Re: GrandMA+TD_performing: conceptual structure

... (instead of buying midi controller such as novation MK2)? With a DMX in CHOP, you could receive the DMX data from your GrandMA 2 on PC. Then in TD you grab the values that you want to manipulate, and then merge the TD data and the GrandaMA data, and send to your rig via the DMX out ...

Re: FIXED:Logic CHOP memory leak/performance issue

Thanks for sending us the example.
This will be fixed in 2019.18750 and later.

Workaround is to merge all the duplicate name channels into a merge, before feeding into the Logic CHOP (Which was leaking on duplicate name channels).

Re: Camera COMP view to Laser / Scan CHOP ?

It's currently not implemented, but if the geometry isn't too heavy, you might be able to use the Object Merge SOP
to merge as many SOPS from different Objects (preserving world transformation).

Re: blanking multiple circle for laser with helios dac

You must only use one Scan CHOP + Helios DAC.

Instead to combine your circles, feed them all into a single Merge SOP.

Re: Depreciated Override CHOP in panel

Use the same logic as the lynda tutorial for the buttons (merge + fan + math nodes) then as someone below in the forum said use the CHOP 'override' to combine both outputs. You get both the buttons and osc outputs working together,

Re: scrolling instanced geometry

To control rotation and scale you select a channel from your instancing CHOP in the same way as translation. Usually you’ll have to generate this ... with the same number of samples as you have points/instances, and then merge that with your instancing CHOP. I’ll upload an example when I can, ...
